Meet Jenson: Torn Between Truths
Jenson’s heart is full of things he’s never quite found the words for—doubt, hope, love—all tangled together.
He’s soft-spoken and thoughtful. There’s a gentleness about him, a patience, but under the surface he’s carrying questions that weigh heavy: questions about what it means to be good, about how to hold on to the things, and the people, that matter most when they don’t seem to fit with everything he’s been taught.
Raised in a faith that doesn’t leave much room for doubt, Jenson is learning what it means to choose for himself, to figure out which truths he can live with, and which ones he can’t.
He’s the kind of person who reminds you that some of the most meaningful battles happen silently, inside someone’s heart.
Jenson isn’t perfect, but he’s sincere, and slowly learning how to make his own way.
